Strain-path dependent hardening models with rigorously identical predictions under monotonic loading

چکیده

Accurate sheet metal simulation often requires advanced strain-path dependent material models, in order to predict the response under complex loading conditions, including monotonic, reverse and orthogonal paths. More more flexible models imply higher costs terms of parameter identification, computer implementation time, robust comparison is compromised by inconsistent predictions monotonic loading. In this paper, a simple general approach proposed for alteration hardening make them rigorously identical each other This objective was reached without any drawback than addition corresponding equations. On contrary, flexibility accuracy selected improved, identification procedure became simpler, accurate robust. Three increasing complexity were demonstrate interest with respect complete set characterisation experiments DP600 steel.
